Welcome to Prestige Styles. These Terms & Conditions apply to all purchases made through our website, Facebook/Instagram, WhatsApp, and any other official Prestige Styles.
By accessing our store or placing an order, you agree to these terms.
1) Who We Are
Prestige Styles is a men’s fashion accessories brand in Bangladesh. We sell items such as rings, chains, bracelets and related accessories, and deliver nationwide.
2) Using Our Website & Ordering
When you place an order, you agree that:

You are placing the order for genuine purchase intent.

You will stay reachable for confirmation and delivery coordination.
We may contact you by call/SMS/WhatsApp to confirm or verify details.
3) Product Authenticity, Display & Variations
We maintain high standards in product presentation and quality.
However:

Slight differences in colour tone may occur due to lighting and screen settings.

Minor differences in finish, shine, or micro-details may occur between batches.

We may update product packaging, listings, and descriptions without notice.
These small variations do not count as defects.
4) Pricing, Discounts & Offers

All prices are shown in BDT unless stated otherwise.

Offers, bundle pricing, and discount codes can change, end, or be limited at any time.

If a pricing mistake happens, we may cancel the order and refund (if prepaid) after notifying you.
5) Order Acceptance, Verification & Cancellation
Placing an order does not guarantee acceptance. We reserve the right to cancel orders if:

Phone number is unreachable / repeatedly switched off

Address is incomplete, suspicious, or unserviceable

High risk of fake orders or repeated parcel refusal

Product becomes out of stock or listing error occurs
This is done to protect genuine customers and maintain delivery success.
6) Cash on Delivery (COD) Rules
COD is available in eligible locations.
By choosing COD:

You agree to receive the parcel and pay at delivery time.

If you refuse without a valid reason, or repeatedly do not receive parcels, we may:

Block COD for your number/address, or
-
Require advance payment for future orders.

7) Delivery Timeline
We aim to deliver within 1–3 days depending on location and courier operations.
Delays may happen due to:

Courier overload, strikes, political disruption, natural events
-
Remote areas, weather, holidays, campaign rush
-
Customer not reachable or incorrect address
Courier delivery time is outside our direct control, but we will support you in tracking.
8) Returns, Exchanges & Eligibility (Strict but Fair)
✅ Returns accepted within 7 days from the delivery date (only if eligible).
8.1 Eligible Reasons
A return/exchange may be approved if:

You received the wrong product, or

The product arrived damaged/defective, or

There is a verified manufacturing fault on arrival.
8.2 Conditions to Qualify
To qualify for return/exchange:

Product must be unused, in original condition, and with packaging.

Unboxing video (highly recommended), or
-
Clear photos/videos showing the issue.

8.3 Not Eligible
Return/exchange is not applicable for:

Change of mind after confirmation

Normal wear-and-tear, scratches from use

Damage caused by water, sweat, chemicals, perfume spray on jewellery

Incorrect size choice by customer (if sizing guidance was provided)

Missing box/parts or used product
8.4 Return Process

Contact support with your order details and proof.

If approved, we will guide you on return pickup/drop instructions.

After inspection, we proceed with exchange or refund approval.
8.5 Refund Method
If a refund applies, it will be issued via:

after we receive and inspect the returned item.
9) Product Care & Durability Disclaimer
Prestige Styles products are designed for daily wear, but proper care matters.
To maintain finish and longevity:

Avoid harsh chemicals, sanitiser, chlorine, and perfume contact

Wipe after use and store dry
-
Avoid heavy impacts or rough use
Damage due to misuse is not a defect.
10) Customer Conduct & Abuse Prevention
We maintain a strict anti-fraud and anti-abuse policy.
We may refuse service, cancel orders, or block numbers for:

Fake orders, repeated refusal, repeated unreachable behavior

Threatening/abusive language toward staff
-
Attempts to exploit return/refund policies

Any suspicious activity harming operations
11) Intellectual Property (Content Protection)
All Prestige Styles content is protected, including:

Videos, photos, descriptions, logos, creatives, designs
Copying, reusing, or editing our content for resale/ads without written permission is prohibited.
12) Limitation of Liability
Prestige Styles is not responsible for:

Courier delays beyond our control

Indirect losses (missed events, business loss, etc.)

Issues caused by incorrect customer information
Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the product in that order.
