Refund Policy — Prestige Styles

At Prestige Styles, we take customer trust seriously. If there’s a genuine issue with your order, we will support you with a fair return, exchange, or refund process.

Returns accepted within 7 days from the delivery date (eligible cases only, after approval).
⚠️ Important: Any issue must be reported within 24 hours of receiving the parcel.


1) 24-Hour Reporting Requirement (Mandatory)

To be eligible for any return/refund/exchange due to wrong item, damage, or defect, you must contact us within 24 hours after receiving the parcel.

Why this matters: after 24 hours, it becomes difficult to verify whether the issue happened during delivery or after use/handling.

What to send within 24 hours:

  • Order number + phone number used in the order
  • Clear photos/videos of the issue
  • Unboxing video is strongly recommended (best proof)

Requests made after 24 hours may be rejected.


2) When a Return / Refund Can Be Approved

A return, exchange, or refund may be approved if:

  • You received the wrong product, or
  • The item arrived damaged, or
  • The item has a manufacturing defect on arrival

(Eligibility depends on proof and inspection.)


3) Return Eligibility Conditions

To qualify for return/exchange/refund:

  • Product must be unused and in original condition
  • Must include original packaging and all included parts
  • Proof must be provided (photos/video).
  • The request must follow both rules:
    • Reported within 24 hours
    • Return within 7 days (after approval)

4) Not Eligible for Return / Refund

We do not accept returns/refunds for:

  • Change of mind after confirmation
  • Normal wear & tear, scratches from usage
  • Damage caused by water, sweat, chemicals, perfume/sanitizer contact
  • Incorrect size chosen by customer (when sizing info was provided)
  • Products that are used, washed, altered, or missing packaging/parts
  • Any complaint reported after 24 hours of delivery

5) Resolution Options (If Approved)

If your claim is approved, we may offer:

  • Replacement (same product), or
  • Exchange (equivalent product), or
  • Refund (if replacement is not possible)

Final decision depends on inspection and stock availability.


6) Refund Method & Timeline

Refunds are processed only after the returned product is received and inspected.

  • Refund method: bKash / Nagad / Bank transfer
  • Processing time: usually 3–7 working days after return approval and inspection

Note: Delivery/return shipping charges are not refundable unless the issue occurred from our side (wrong/damaged/defective).


7) How to Request a Return / Refund (Steps)

    • Order number
    • Delivery phone number
    • Issue details + proof (video/photos)
  3. We review and confirm eligibility
  4. If approved, we provide return instructions
  5. After inspection, we finalize replacement/exchange/refund
