Prestige Styles our delivers men’s fashion accessories across Bangladesh through trusted delivery partners. This Shipping Policy explains our delivery coverage, delivery timelines, shipping options, and important delivery terms.


1) Delivery Coverage

We provide nationwide delivery across Bangladesh where courier service is available. Delivery service may vary slightly in remote areas depending on courier network coverage.


2) Delivery Options & Timelines

A) Standard Nationwide Delivery (All Bangladesh)

We aim to deliver most orders within 1–3 business days after dispatch, depending on location and courier operations.

Delivery in 2–5 days (standard maximum estimate, depending on location and courier operations).

Note: 1–3 days is our main target timeline. 2–5 days is the standard maximum estimate in case of courier/operational delays.

B) Instant Delivery (Dhaka City Only)

We offer Instant Delivery within Dhaka City only (subject to availability, order volume, and operational capacity).

  • Instant Delivery availability will be confirmed during order verification.
  • Instant Delivery charges (if applicable) will be communicated during confirmation or shown at checkout when available.

3) Order Processing (Before Dispatch)

  • Orders are usually processed within 24 hours after confirmation.
  • During high-volume campaigns, weekends, or public holidays, processing may take longer.

Processing time is separate from delivery time.


4) Shipping Charges

Shipping charges (if applicable) are:

  • Shown at checkout, or
  • Confirmed by our team during order verification for social orders

Charges may vary by location and delivery type (Standard vs Instant Delivery).


5) Cash on Delivery (COD)

COD is available in eligible locations.

By selecting COD, you agree to:

  • Keep your phone number reachable for confirmation and delivery coordination
  • Receive the parcel and pay the courier at delivery

Repeated refusal or unreachable delivery attempts may result in COD restriction for future orders.


6) Address Accuracy & Delivery Attempts

To ensure smooth delivery:

  • Provide a complete address (House/Road, Area, Thana, District)
  • Add a nearby landmark when possible
  • Keep your phone reachable during delivery time

If delivery cannot be completed due to:

  • Incorrect/incomplete address
  • Customer unreachable/unavailable
  • Customer refusal

the courier may re-attempt delivery or return the parcel based on courier policy. If returned due to customer-related reasons, re-delivery may require additional charges.


7) Delays Outside Our Control

We aim to deliver fast, but delays may occur due to:

  • Weather, natural disruptions, strikes
  • Courier overload during peak seasons
  • Remote area route limitations
  • Verification delays if contact/address details are incomplete

Delivery time frames are estimates and not guaranteed deadlines.
