How to Measure Your Wrist at Home
Method 1: Measuring Tape
Wrap a flexible measuring tape around your wrist just above the wrist bone (the bony bump on the outside of your wrist). Note the measurement in centimeters. This is your wrist circumference.
Method 2: String + Ruler
If you do not have a measuring tape, wrap a piece of string or a strip of paper around your wrist. Mark where it overlaps. Lay it flat against a ruler and measure in centimeters.

Once you have your wrist measurement, add the following for a comfortable fit:
- Snug fit (chain bracelets): Add 1 cm to your wrist measurement
